Dolphins emit high frequency sounds which bounce off objects in their environment. These reflected sounds help them to locate food, predators, and other dolphins. Where have human beings used technology in a similar manner?

Ever wonder what that beeping noise is on a Submarine? That's the sound that people use to bounce off walls and stuff. 

This is called sonar detection. It enables us to tell where things are in the water like a Dolphin!
