10 + 3(5n - 12) = 13n
10 + 15n - 36 = 13n
15n - 13n = 36 - 10
2n = 26

Distribute:
10+15n-36=13n
Add like terms:
-26+15n=13n
Subtract 15 on both sides:
-26=-2n
Divide by -2 on both sides:
