Solving for z.
Subtract 2 from both sides
-5z>3
Multiply both sides by -1 and reverse the inequality.
(-1 x -5z) < (-1 x 3)
5z<-3
Divide both sides by 5.
z<-3/5
Answer: z < -3/5
