Rate of change = [tex] \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1} [/tex]
So grab 2 Y's first and then subtract
7 - 3 = 4
and do the same for X
4 - 2 = 2
Simplify
4/2 = 2
2 is your rate of change
