While taking the health history
and carrying out physical assessment on a patient with Cholelithiasis and
Obstructive Jaundice, the nurse should expect the patient to exhibit the
following common clinical findings:
- Ecchymosis (discoloration of the
skin due to bleeding underneath)
- Yellow Sclera
- Pain in right upper quadrant
