1mi=5280ft
1hr=60mins

so
replace mi with 5280ft and hr with 60min

[tex]\frac{50(5280ft)}{60min}=\frac{264000ft}{60min}=\frac{4400ft}{1min}[/tex]

it is 4400ft per minute
