These plants really grow too quickly to live in very small pots. which underlined adverb modifies an adjective?

I can't see what is underlined but the two adverbs modifying an adjective are 

- too  (modify quickly) but quicKly is more like an adverb ..?????or adjective-adverb ....
- Very  (modify small)

it would have been easier if you had told which words were underlined...
