In most cases, yes. Bias not only makes articles useless, but it also can make people think it is useless. Even if the arguments are valid, the person reading it will notice that there is bias and block out the person's points.
Yes bias makes an article or document useless because it would be unfair to readers and it may cause troubles and battles.
