For this case we can do the following:

[tex]\frac{6}{3}=\frac{1}{3}m^2-10[/tex]

And then we can do this, adding 10 in both sides:

[tex]2+10=\frac{1}{3}m^2[/tex]

Then we can multiply both sides by 3 and we got:

[tex]36=m^2[/tex]

Then we can take square root in both sides and we got:

[tex]m=\sqrt[]{36}[/tex]

And then the solution would be:

[tex]m=6,m=-6[/tex]
