Does anyone here specialize in psychology or therapy? I`ve had an increased number of panic attacks and night terrors, both of which increase in length every time they happen. I know that a part of it is from sleep deprivation and work and keeping up with my friends and school and peer expectation and self-esteem and so on but is there a way to reduce the panic inducing nature of my everyday life?
Please don`t just tell me to call someone, I`m fine now, I just want some real advice, thank you. <3 <3 <3
