Answer:

1. it's illegal for parents to do that .wrongful. instead of helping them getting better they give them money which makes them parents who have failed their children

2. go get help from someone professional and go to rehab so it doesn't affect me that much

3. talk to them to stop drugs it's not good for them

. take them to a place where they can find help

.instead of doing drugs find them a hobby to keep then busy
