The phrases suggest that the powwow at the end of the world, will consist of a grand ceremony that will culminate in the apocalypse and will fully restore the land, people and Native American culture, as a way to reward these people for having endured and survived the centuries in which they were killed, exploited and subjugated by Europeans. In this same ceremony, the natives who were killed at the time of colonization will be resurrected and will be able to take advantage of the restored land.
