Neighborhood Isolation in Chicago was a prominent factor which affected the citizens to involve in more crimes. In communities and societies without a proper head or resources to organize their own recreation, habits, developmental forums, people started to isolate themselves.
This eventually led to a situation where they mentally became isolated too (not only physically). This was also studied by many criminologists after this phase was gradually decreased with a proper governance by imposing rules/fines/regulations and policies.
