A rapid, weak pulse, confusion and seizures are among the signals of heat stroke, a life threatening condition of the body.
Heat strokes happen when the body temperature rises above 104°F or 40°C. Heatwaves, dehydration and excess exercise can lead to heat stroke. A person should thoroughly drink cold water or cold drinks during the above conditions to ensure the body temperature remains close to 37°C, the normal body temperature.
